Insightify is operated by the entity responsible for the insightifyapp.com service. This policy describes how we handle information when you use the web application to upload media, generate transcripts and AI notes, and share projects.
Information we collect
We collect account information from Google OAuth or email one-time passcodes, project metadata, uploaded media or source URLs, generated transcripts and notes, usage needed to operate the service, and technical logs required for security and reliability.
How we use information
We use your information to authenticate you, store and process projects, generate transcripts and AI outputs you request, provide sharing and export features, and maintain the security and performance of the service.
Storage and processors
Project data is stored using Supabase infrastructure. Media files and generated content remain associated with your account unless you delete them or they expire under sharing settings you control.
Sharing
Projects are private by default. When you create a share link, you choose the content scope, expiry, password, and permissions. We do not sell personal information.
Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Your choices
You can access, update, and delete projects within the product. You may stop using the service at any time. Contact us if you need help with account-related requests.
